- Do I need to create an account to order?
Yes, you have to register on our system and put your address and other personal information to order.
- How do I know if my order was received?
You receive a confirmation via email. If you don't receive it, check the spam folder or contact us with the name and address you put in the order.
- Can I cancel an order?
You have to contact us directly by WhatsApp or call if you wish to cancel an order.
- The product I want is out of order. Can I order in advance for when it's available?
Not yet. We are still working on it to make sure the “pre-order” option is available as soon as possible.

- How to know if my meal has any allergens?
You can check if the meal has any allergens inside the ingredients list or in the allergens list available in the product page.
- What if I have a specific allergy/restriction?
You can contact us by WhatsApp or via the form in the end of the page and explain what do you need. We'll be more than happy to talk to you.

Yes, we are working on a subscription plan, but while it is not finished yet, you can arrange with us a plan that works for you.
